The Modern Belarussian Cinema
The Modern Belarussian Cinema: Collected Articles – Minsk: the Science and Technics, 1985 (authors – A. Krasinsky, O. Nechaj, G. Ratnikov).
In the book the thematic and genre range of modern Belarussian cinema has been comprehensively considered, the developed description of work of scriptwriters, directors, cameramen, artists has been given. The significant attention has been given to cinema ties with the national literature, in particular to screen versions of works of V. Bykov, I. Melezh, I. Shamyakin. In the collective research high emphasis has been placed on the problem of documentary. Besides there have been examined artistic level of films addressed for children and issues of television filmmaking. There is also a filmography of feature, animated films, feature television movies of the "Belarusfilm" studio , feature television movies of the association "Telefilm" of the Byelorussian TV, documentary television movies of the association "Telefilm" of the Byelorussian TV.
