The Academy of Public Administration at the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus
 
Development of international cooperation is conducted in accordance with foreign policy and economic priorities of the Republic of Belarus, intergovernmental agreements, contracts with domestic and foreign educational institutions and organizations, international and national projects and programs.
International activity is aimed at learning, adaptation and introduction of advanced foreign experience in scientific and educational process, the formation of high-business image of the Academy of Management in the international academic community.
International cooperation of the Academy of Public Administration is based on:
• implementation of agreements with leading international scientific and educational centers;
• ensuring academic mobility of staff, professors, students and trainees;
• system interaction with the diplomatic missions in Belarus and representatives of the Belarusian state abroad;
• implementation of scientific and educational projects for international programs;
• conduction and participation in major international scientific forums, contests and competitions;
• permanent contact with the graduates of the Academy of Public Administration – the diplomatic corps of the Republic, members of international organizations;
• invitations of leading foreign professors, researchers and professionals, public and government officials to participate in scientific and educational process;
• activity for promotion of the image of the Academy of Public Administration in the international scientific and educational space, as a leading European research and educational center in the field of public administration.
The Academy of Public Administration collaborates with higher educational institutions from the EU countries – Bulgaria, Lithuania, Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland. 37 agreements on cooperation are signed.
Since 2003, the Academy of Public Administration is a full institutional member of the Network of Institutes and Schools of public administration in Central and Eastern Europe (NISPAcee) and an associate member of the editorial board of the journal “Problems of theory and practice of the International Research Institute for Management Problems”.

The Republic of Bulgaria - the Fund “Slavs” (cooperation agreement from 31.05.2007);
Federal Republic of Germany – the Federal Institute of Public Administration (letter of intent from 14.12.2001);
The Republic of Poland – the Higher School of Management (cooperation agreement from 21.04.2009)
The Republic of Lithuania – the Lithuanian Institute of Public Administration (agreement of co-operation from 02.02.2005).
The Czech Republic – the Institute of Management in social and administrative matters (cooperation agreement from 28.5.2009).
