ON FUNDAMENTALS OF STATE SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL POLICY
Unofficial translation
The present Law is a fundamental one in the scientific and technical sphere and provides a number of methods and means of state participation in the management of scientific, scientific and technical, and innovative activities. The Law regulates relations arising between the state bodies and subjects of scientific, scientific and technical, and innovative activities in the process of forming and implementing the state scientific and technical policy.
The Law determines that the science is under the trusteeship of the state and enjoys its support as an exclusively important area for economic development, development of culture, public relations, and provides economic and legal guarantees of scientific, scientific and technical, and innovative activities.
